Eligibility Requirements for Candidates Applying to Join the Student Union Committees:

• The student must hold Egyptian nationality (Arab Republic of Egypt).
• The student must have good conduct and a respectable reputation.
• The student must be a regular, first-time enrollee in their academic year, not repeating the year for any reason.
• The student must have paid the Student Union fees.
• The student must be actively involved in the activities related to the committee they are applying for.
• The student must not have been previously convicted of a crime involving deprivation of freedom, nor have had their membership in any student union or its committees revoked or suspended.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Youth Welfare Office at your faculty to collect the nomination application and the opinion poll form.
2. Complete all required information, then return the forms to the Youth Welfare Office within the announced deadlines.
3. The faculty will review the applications and exclude any candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
4. A list of eligible candidates will be announced.
5. Elections will be held, and results will be announced on the specified dates.
