To explore the role of the Musicians' Syndicate in promoting professional ethics and to discuss the major obstacles and challenges facing graduates of specialized institutions.

- Prof. Dr. Alaa Salama – Head of the Wind and Percussion Department at the Higher Institute of Music and Head of the Cultural Committee of the Musicians' Syndicate
- Artist Helmy Abdel Baqi – First Undersecretary of the Musicians’ Syndicate
- Dr. Ahmed Aboul-Magd – Secretary-General of the Musicians’ Syndicate
