    Develops operational plans and crisis scenarios tailored to faculty needs.
  • Monitoring & Reporting Committee
    Tracks plan implementation and prepares regular progress reports.
  • Performance Evaluation Committee
    Measures and assesses the unit’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Publication and Media Committee
    Promotes safety awareness through campaigns, materials, and communication tools.

Technical Committee Tasks
